The Escape is a longtime Ford favorite, perfect for daily commuters and those seeking out ultimate practicality in a compact SUV.
Armed with the 1.5L EcoBoost turbocharged three-cylinder, these models surge forward with 180 hp and 199 lb-ft of torque in the Escape or 200 lb-ft of torque in the Bronco Sport. With this engine, the 2025 Bronco Sport can tow up to 2,200 lbs while offering an EPA-estimated 30 MPG on the highway, while the 2025 Escape can tow up to 2,000 lbs and gets 34 MPG on the highway.
2.0L EcoBoost I-4
Opting for the 2025 Bronco Sport Badlands trim allows adventurous drivers to take advantage of even more power through the 2.0L EcoBoost turbocharged four-cylinder, which makes 250 hp and 280 lb-ft of torque.

The Bronco stands out as the only model to pair this engine with a seven-speed manual transmission in addition to Ford’s 10-speed automatic.
Another rugged adventurer that is geared toward accommodating families is the Explorer. Its 2.3L EcoBoost engine makes 300 hp and 310 lb-ft of torque, offering a towing capacity of 5,000 lbs and achieving an EPA-estimated 29 MPG on the highway, making it a great adventure mate, family shuttle, and everyday driver.
2.7L EcoBoost V6
America’s favorite F-150 full-size truck comes standard with this lively engine, which makes 325 hp and 400 lb-ft of torque in 2025 models. You’ll find that it exhibits ample power, able to tow up to 8,400 lbs and handle up to 1,775 lbs of payload while getting an EPA-estimated 25 MPG on the highway.
This engine is also an upgrade on the Bronco and the Ranger to amplify the quality of any adventure to new levels. The Bronco’s version is the most powerful at 330 hp and 415 lb-ft of torque.
Large EcoBoost Engines

Making 400 hp and 480 lb-ft of torque, the Expedition is a beast wherever it travels, offering a towing capacity of 9,600 lbs to help pull campers, trailers, and anything else you can think of behind it with ease.
This engine is also an option on the F-150, where it makes 400 hp and 500 lb-ft of torque, allowing it to tow up to 13,500 lbs and take on up to 2,440 lbs of payload.
3.5L High Output EcoBoost V6
A more intense High Output version of the 3.5L EcoBoost is available on the F-150 Raptor and higher-trim Expedition models. The F-150 Raptor soars forward with 450 hp and 510 lb-ft of torque, while the Expedition Tremor and Platinum produce 440 hp and 510 lb-ft of torque to take their occupants to all their uncharted destinations without hesitation.
