One Year/10,000 Miles Checkpoint
When this checkpoint is reached, the first thing our technicians will do is replace the charcoal filter for your A/C, as well as the engine oil and filter.
We’ll check the vehicle body, paint, and underside for any worrisome damage, along with the brake system and brake hoses. We’ll also take a look at the disc brake pads’ condition, and ensure there are still plenty of miles left in them (because there should be). The engine will also get a once-over, and we’ll look at the coolant level, gearbox, tubes, houses, and the exhaust system to correct for tightness and placement if necessary. Interior and exterior lights will be checked, as well as the horn and tire pressure/tread depth. Finally, the windshield washer system and fluid will be checked and topped off if needed, along with the condition of your wiper blades.
This first visit ensures that you don’t need to worry about doing the replacement tasks yourself, and that you’re treating your vehicle right.
12 Years/120,000 miles Checkpoint
Upon reaching 12 years/120,000 miles, we’ll step our game up. This time, we’ll grease hinges and the locks of doors and the hatch. We’ll also replace the same things mentioned previously, as well as top off the brake fluid again, replace the car key battery, engine coolant, and flat belt.
Also on our list is the parking brake function, seat belts for damage/functionality, condition of steering components, front axle ball joints, and tires and wheels for condition and wear again.
