Your buddy with a Corvette might think he’s hot, but as soon as your friends go for a ride in this electric beauty, they’ll know who made the right choice.
Oh, and did I mention the front trunk? No? Well, it offers another 4.8 cu. ft. of storage space that’s water-resistant, washable, and features a drain. Now, I’m not telling you to load it up with ice and beers to enjoy on the turn before the back nine or after playing a full 18, but if you choose to do that, then I certainly don’t blame you. If you’re playing in the spring or fall, then you can easily toss your muddy shoes in here after your round and rinse it out when you get home.
Advanced Tech that’s Easy to Use
I don’t have to tell you that technology is everywhere these days; from smartphones and TVs to smart refrigerators and washer/dryer combos – everything seems to be “smart” now. The reality is that some of that tech is great and really does make your devices and electronics easier to use, but not all of it. Do you really need a refrigerator that you can access using your phone? I know I don’t – it’s flashy, but kind of pointless.
The technology in the Mustang Mach-E, on the other hand, was clearly thought out by people who actually know what you want as a driver. For starters, there’s a massive 15.5-inch infotainment display that looks great and makes it easy to follow navigation directions, play your music, and handle anything else you need. That’s paired with a 10-inch digital cluster for you that displays all of the information you need, including your speed, safety and mechanical alerts, and much more. Every model comes with a wireless charging pad so you can keep your phone charged easily, along with enhanced voice recognition and navigation.
Those are just the starting features, and the tech goes way beyond that if you like to really stay connected. For example, pair your phone with your vehicle, and as you approach, the Mach-E will recognize you and start to illuminate as a greeting – it will automatically adjust the seats, mirror, stereo, and other options just the way you like them. You can use your phone to start the vehicle, lock or unlock the doors, even roll the windows up and down or open the rear liftgate. You can also set up separate profiles for you and your significant other, so you’ll never have to worry about the driver’s seat being too close to the wheel again.
