Lincoln has been well known as a luxury American automaker since its popular Continental full-size sedan went into mass production in 1940. Now, the company has exemplified the title of luxurious with the introduction of its sleek Black Label fleet.
Boasting curated interiors and sleek exteriors, Lincoln has bolstered up five of its most popular models to be even more elegant than ever before. These models include the Aviator, Continental, MKC, Nautilus, and Navigator.
The 2019 Lincoln Continental Black Label
As the only sedan in the Black Label family, the Lincoln Continental is one-of-a-kind. You can choose from three themes: Rhapsody – inspired by the music industry, Thoroughbred – inspired by the American lifestyle of horse racing, and Chalet – inspired by pristine mountain slopes and luxurious ski lodges.
The first impression given by the Continental Black Label is one to be remembered. Featuring a chrome mesh grille, active grille shutter, and dual chrome exhaust tips, this beauty gives a new meaning to the word sleek.
On the inside, luscious wood trim and a leather-wrapped tilt-and-telescoping steering column add elegance and sophistication to the cabin. Tri-zone climate controls allow for multiple temperature settings to keep everyone comfortable. Two USB smart-charging ports are also provided so that your smartphones charge with ease. It may also come as no surprise that this sedan comes with a 19-speaker Revel Ultima stereo system for the ultimate music listening experience.
Powered by a twin-turbocharged 2.7L V6 Engine, the Continental Black Label generates 335 HP and 380 lb-ft of torque. Equipped with a 6-speed SelectShift automatic transmission with paddle shifters, it has a fuel economy set at 21 mpg combined (18 city/27 highway).
The 2019 Lincoln MKC Black Label
The MKC Black Label is a luxury compact crossover that is available in three themes: Indulgence – rich and refined, Heritage – clean and modern, and Center Stage – inspired by the opulent world of theater. Powered by a turbocharged 2.0L I-4 Engine, the MKC produces 245 HP and 275 lb-ft of torque. Equipped with a six-speed SelectShift automatic transmission and FWD, it has a fuel economy set at 23 omg combined (20 city/ 27 highway).
Comfortably able to seat five passengers, this luxurious crossover features a 10-speaker Lincoln Premium sound system with a subwoofer. Voice-activated navigation is displayed on an 8-inch LCD screen that operates with SYNC3 for Bluetooth connectivity, hands-free calling, and seamless music streaming. Genuine wood accents on the doors and instrument panel exude sophistication. The Venetian leather seats are heated and cooled, and the Wollsdorf leather-wrapped steering wheel offers controls for climate and audio.
The 2020 Lincoln Aviator Black Label
The Lincoln Aviator Black has three style themes, the Destination Theme, where travel becomes an art, and the Chalet Theme, where the feel of mountain slopes contrast with warm ski lodges, and the Flight Theme, inspired by the history of aviation. With a flight theme in mind, designers set out to amp up the sophistication level in this seven-seat SUV. Inspired by the history of aviation, this sleek ride features rich Savanna leather seating with heating and cooling settings for comfort all year long. The leather-wrapped, heated steering wheel offers cruise, climate, and media controls for ease of use. Active noise control keeps the cabin quiet, and ambient lighting sets the mood. A lockable glovebox keeps your important items safe, and the overhead console comes with a sunglasses holder to protect your shades.
For entertainment, the 28-speaker Revel Ultima 3D stereo system will have you feeling like you’re at an actual concert. HD and Sirius Satellite Radio are also available. You’ll never have to be worried about getting lost again with the state-of-the-art voice-activated navigation system. A 4G LTE WIFI hotspot is also provided along with SYNC infotainment interface with Bluetooth connectivity and seamless audio streaming.
The exterior appearance of the Aviator Black Label is just as deliciously beautiful as the interior. With a unique grille with black stringers and bright chrome accents, it presents a memorable face to the world. Body-colored wheel lips, rocker moldings, and light touch handles give it a stylish look. The aluminum roof rack rails are situated at a low profile for a sleeker appearance. The heated side mirrors auto-fold and feature LED turn signal indicators and memory settings. LED foglamps and automatic high beams cut through the darkness, illuminating the way.
Under the hood is a twin-turbocharged 3.0L V6 engine with Auto Start-Stop Technology. It generates 400 HP and 415 lb-ft of torque. Equipped with a 10-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters, the Lincoln Aviator Black Label has a fuel economy set at 21 mpg combined (18 City/ 26 Highway).
Safety features are the same across all Black Label models and include blindspot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, forward-collision warning with pedestrian detection, emergency braking, and a lane-keeping system. This luxury model can also be outfitted with the Trailer Tow Package for families who love to go off on wild adventures.
The 2019 Lincoln Nautilus Black Label
As another luxury compact crossover option, the Nautilus Black Label seats a family of five and comes in Gala, Chalet, and Thoroughbred themes. Under the hood rests a turbocharged 2.0L I-4 engine that pumps out 250 HP and 280 lb-ft of torque. Equipped with an 8-speed SelectShift automatic transmission with paddle shifters and AWD, this model gets about 22 mpg combined (20 city/25 highway).
The cabin features heated and cooled Venetian leather seats and the 19-speaker Revel Ultima stereo system with HD Radio. Dual USB ports are available for charging, and the voice-activated navigation system is displayed on a 12-inch LCD screen. Rear privacy glass prevents passersby from peeking inside, and the frameless rearview mirror has an auto-dimming feature.
The 2019 Lincoln Navigator Black Label
As the largest of the fleet, the Lincoln Navigator Black Label can seat seven passengers and is offered in three themes. You can choose from the sea-inspired Yacht Club theme, the travel-inspired Destination theme, or the ski resort-inspired Chalet theme.
This beautiful beast is powered by a massive twin-turbocharged 3.5L V6 engine that pumps out a whopping 450 HP and 510 lb-ft of torque. Equipped with a 10-speed SelectShift automatic transmission and 4WD, the Navigator Black Label has a fuel economy set at 18 mpg combined (16 city/21 highway). This is to be expected for a vehicle of such magnitude.
The exterior is decorated with a satin chrome mesh grille with active grille shutters and bright chrome accents. Illuminated power running boards help kids and elderly passengers step up into the vehicle. Towing components are also available to secure a trailer loaded with your recreational toys.
The cabin features four coat hooks throughout the second and third rows of seating. All of the aforementioned features are also included along with an upgraded 20-speaker Revel Ultima sound system. The SYNC3 infotainment interface and navigation system are displayed on a 10-inch LCD monitor, and personal profiles memorize different drivers’ audio, climate, seat, mirror, and pedal settings for convenience.
