It’s easy to look up, “Cadillac dealers in Texas,” but the information I have to offer here is comparable with little to no variation in opinion. After visiting many Cadillac Dealers in Texas, myself and others learned what exactly those expectations are and what locations not only meet but exceed those expectations. It was surprising that I didn’t have a single bad experience even though it was clear that I wouldn’t be making a purchase. Still, there were a few dealerships in particular that blew some of the others out of the water. I took some customer experiences into consideration as well while coming up with a list of some of the best Cadillac Dealerships in Texas.
Classic Chevrolet Cadillac
This dealership is located at 3855 E Texeast Freeway in Beaumont, Texas. It is a highly recommended dealership around the area, and for good reason. When I arrived, I was kindly greeted and shown around. I explained what I was going, and rather than getting the cold shoulder or kicked out as I had anticipated, I was treated with a level of respect that was appreciated. While I didn’t get to experience the sales side due to the fact I went in with honesty, it appeared to me that what draws people in is their ability to persuade customers into making a purchase without feeling pressured. If that doesn’t make an A+ sales team, I don’t know what does.
Sewell Cadillac of Dallas
In my opinion, Sewell Cadillac, on Lemmon Ave in Dallas, does a great job in most of their departments, specifically their sales staff. They know how to handle not only clients that know what they want, but clients that are slightly indecisive. Across the board, the specific knowledge about the models that are sold there is impressive, and it’s clear that they believe in what they are selling. Though having a friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced staff will work wonders for sales, those who have used the dealership’s services were, more often than not, dissatisfied. There are plenty of online reviews telling you exactly what I have here, but I think it’s important to form your own opinions and make educated decisions.
Ken Batchelor Cadillac
Ken Batchelor Cadillac isn’t for everyone but can be a great experience. Not all dealers here, but a few are set in their ways; however, what’s great about this dealership is that they’re willing to hire employees that have room to grow. They are confident in their business and have a customer service team with members that are understanding to certain circumstances and willing to compensate for certain circumstances. While doing my research, this was the first dealership that I found to have a solid background of loyal customers. I truly believe that a company with loyal and recurring customers is doing things right.
Ron Carter Cadillac
Overall, this dealership has great sales, service, and customer service. Even though I can’t entirely confirm this, I think it is worth noting that there have been a few negative thoughts and words from previous customers. While most will agree that there isn’t much to bad mouth, the biggest downfall of this Cadillac dealership is that the trade-in value for vehicles is particularly low, and they will occasionally upsell or have overpriced parts. While that is something that can be worked on, I will admit that I respect when a company is able to apologize and compensate when they feel as though they have messed up. Some will take online reviews and run with them; however, I feel as though with Ron Carter, take them with a grain of salt.
Covert Cadillac
Covert Cadillac, in my opinion, had the most to offer to anyone who walked in the building. The sales team and customer service is kind, friendly, and helpful. Not only is the environment positive, pleasurable, and professional, but the service team provides high-quality work. Those who have had repairs done by them very rarely complain, and from my experience, service complaints are the easiest target when it comes to dealerships of any status. Not only will the experience within the dealership be a great one, but getting to the dealership isn’t a pain. Its located right on Research Blvd in Austin, Texas. If you’re looking for a Texas Cadillac dealer and this one is within a reasonable distance, it is one you can count on.
Frank Kent Cadillac
Its immediately obvious taking the first few steps through the door that Frank Kent Cadillac in Fort Worth, Texas, is going to be above and beyond what you’d expect from a dealership. It’s an incredibly professional environment, and the sales team carries themselves with confidence and charisma. Their kindness goes a long way and positively impacts the experience for everyone who walks in. While in the waiting room, staff will offer assistance and are sure to give their best to customers. The service is exceptional as well, and employees will often go above and beyond to help their costumers. Frank Kent Cadillac has plenty of long term customers, and it’s very clear that they remain loyal for good reasons rather than the psychological marketing ploys others have to rely on.
Crest Cadillac
Crest Cadillac dealerships pop up all over the country, and all of them seem to be doing very well. It’s easy to distrust a company as large as Crest Cadillac, but with the amount of sales and services provided in comparison to the negative experiences had, I’d say that the odds are in favor of having things go as expected. Customer service is kind and as helpful as possible, and the dealership itself is held to the professional standard expected from one of the top Cadillac dealers in Texas. It’s important that when going to this dealership, that you’re aware of your finances and have done research on what method of obtaining your Cadillac is right for you. What I find is a little sad, even, that there are many negative online reviews about the Crest Cadillac in Texas due to no fault of their own. There are always going to be valid, negative reviews; however, I found quite a few, “silly,” for lack of a better word. The internet will always have something to say, but a quality business speaks for itself.
All of these Cadillac dealers in Texas are almost guaranteed to give you the best experience that they can as soon as you enter their building. At the end of the day, they understand that you are there in hopes of purchasing a vehicle or learning more to do so, and their job is to be there to help you through the process. These are places you can trust and aren’t naive to the business that they’re in.
